How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually
shipments within the continental United States do not take more
than 5-7 business days. We ship all products via United Postal Service
ground. Shipments outside the continental United States can vary
- you may visit the USPS website to view their delivery time estimates
to your region. Shipments are being originated from Cambridge, MA.
How
much is the shipping and tax costs?
Shipping
costs and taxes is added as a flat fee of $5.00(US) per order. This is automatically
added at time of checkout.
Is
there a way I can sample the music before I buy it?
Unfortunately
this feature is not yet available, however we are planning on implementing
this feature for our newest releases in the near future.
What
if I am a Portuguese artist and want you to distribute my music?
We
are here to work with the Portuguese Community, so please contact
us we would love to hear your talent. If you have a CD already or
an audio recording you can ship it to our attention. You may find
a way to contacts us on the Contact Us page.
I
received an error message when checking out, what do I do?
Although
we have tried to make our website as simple, easy to load, and easy
to operate as possible, errors can occur. This varies with the different
types of computers, settings and software used to view our site.
The check out process takes place entire on our own server - so
chances are that your order was saved. If you did not get a confirmation
receipt, please visit the site again and process the order again,
you may also email us explaining the situation.
What
do I need to view this website?
Our
website is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 using 800x600
or 1024x768 resolutions. The website should detect your monitor
settings and adjust accordingly. Resolutions outside these ranges
can strongly damper your viewing capability of our site, we recommend
changing your resolution to these requirements.
